a. Refund & Cancellation Policy
You agree to pay, and authorize Burgers To Beasts' third party payment processor to charge using your selected payment method and payment plan, for all applicable fees and taxes that may accrue in relation to your subscription to use our ‘Platform’. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)/US Dollars (USD) and are NON-REFUNDABLE (In part or full).
We are not responsible for charges or foreign exchange rates applied by your credit card company and/or financial institution. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to us.
b. Appointment Amendments
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all ‘Services’. In case this requirement is not met, a 100% cancellation fee for the scheduled appointment will be applied.
You are paying for the time with the concerned authority and you agree that arriving for the session and to the session location for your own session is fully your responsibility. The session will be terminated if you arrive over 30 minutes late to an appointment and no refund will be given in any circumstances even if you wish to cancel the session due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances out of your immediate control. If you arrive late, you will not receive an extension of the agreed time nor will you be offered or entitled to a rearranged session and all ‘Terms’ relating to conduct, session termination, and working relationship will apply.
Burgers To Beasts is not required under any circumstances to go beyond the arranged session finishing time and will terminate the session at the end of the arranged time. We are not required to continue over the arranged time slot if you haven’t reached your desired outcome.
In case you are unable to complete the program within the mentioned periods associated with it, we are not required to provide an extension. However, in cases of medical emergencies/unforeseen travel, we can make an exception and provide up to a 2-week extension on the personal coaching programs, if a minimum of a 24-hour prior notice is provided to us in writing.
c. Session Transfers
If you are unable to complete the program that you have registered for once it has begun/the initial consultation has taken place for any reason – the remaining sessions, cannot be transferred to any other individual.
Please read the terms and conditions (‘Terms’) carefully. The abovementioned refund and cancellation policy shall also form part of the ‘Terms’. By accessing ‘the Site’ you agree to be bound by the said ‘Terms’. These ‘Terms’ are subject to change without notice, from time to time in our sole discretion. If you do not agree with these ‘Terms’, please do not access ‘the Site’.
Definitions:
- Platform: Comprises ‘the Site’, ‘Content’ and ‘Services’ (defined below.)
- Terms: These ‘Terms’ create a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your” or “user(s)”, or "Client,") a user of the ‘Platform’ and Burgers To Beasts, a proprietorship, (which we may refer to as “Burgers To Beasts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the ‘Platform’.
- the Site: We (Burgers To Beasts) operate the website burgerstobeasts.com and in the given ‘Terms’, refer to it as ‘the Site’.
- Service(s): The fitness, health, nutrition, or other related programs made available on the ‘Platform’, including but not limited to Personal Nutrition Coaching, Wellness Consults, the UnDiet Program, SHIELD Software, Beyond Sugar Experiment, Healthy Menu Development, Corporate and School Wellness etc. – referred to herein as ‘Service(s).’
