What’s the difference between the 3-month and 6-month programs?

The 3-month program is designed to kickstart change, stabilize symptoms, and set a strong foundation. The 6-month program is for deeper transformation - giving enough time for re-testing labs, consolidating habits, and supporting long-term stability.

How often will sessions be scheduled?

We start with a 60-minute consultation. Follow-ups are 30 minutes each, usually every 2 weeks). In some cases, early on, some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while bi-weekly sessions works well as things begin to stabilise.

Do I need new lab tests?

If you have recent labs (run in the last 6 months), we’ll review those. If not, we may recommend specific tests so we can understand your baseline. We interpret results using optimal ranges (not just “normal”), so we can catch early changes before they become bigger issues.

Can I choose online or in-person?

Yes. We work with clients worldwide through secure video sessions. If you’re in Mumbai, you can also book in-person sessions at our South Mumbai clinic. Both formats offer the same core service; in-person offers additional body composition checks.

What support do I get between sessions?

You’ll have unlimited email support to ask questions or share updates, plus access to simple symptom and meal tracking. That way, you’re never left on your own between sessions.

Will I need to follow a strict diet?

No. We don’t hand out rigid diet charts. Instead, we co-create a nutrition prescription that fits your condition, culture, and lifestyle. We focus on one new habit every two weeks so change is sustainable.

Do you prescribe supplements or medications?

We may recommend evidence-based supplements that support your condition. We don’t prescribe medications, but we do work alongside your existing doctors to ensure your nutrition plan complements your medical care.

Will you give me exercise recommendations?

Yes, but not a gym program. We provide safe, non-prescriptive guidelines that support your condition (e.g. post-meal walks for blood sugar, resistance training for PCOS, safe prenatal movement). If you need structured training, we’ll guide you to the right professionals.

What if I miss a session or can’t finish in time?

We know life happens. You’ll have a grace period to complete your sessions: 2 weeks for the 3-month program and 4 weeks for the 6-month program. We’ll do our best to reschedule within your availability, and if you’d like continued support beyond your package, we can set up a tailored maintenance plan.

What’s not included?

Program fees don’t cover lab tests, supplements, or consultations with other specialists. We’ll guide you on what’s useful, but costs for these are separate.

How soon will I see results?

Most clients notice changes in energy, digestion, or mood within 4-6 weeks. Lab markers often improve within 3 months. By 6 months, deeper changes consolidate into habits that last. Please keep in mind that results vary from person to person.

Is this program safe during pregnancy or postpartum?

Yes. Our prenatal and postnatal support is designed with safety as the priority. We work closely with your OB-GYN’s guidance and adapt nutrition to each trimester, postpartum recovery, or lactation needs.

What if I have food preferences or allergies?

Your plan is tailored to your preferences, culture, and needs; whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, or dealing with allergies or intolerances. We’ll build around what works for you.

Do you offer shorter programs?

No. We don’t believe 365 days of health can be built in 7-, 14-, or 21-day challenges. Especially when it comes to health concerns - whether it’s chronic bloating, irregular cycles, or fatigue, the body needs time to heal. Our approach focuses on addressing the root cause, which works more slowly (and sustainably) than quick-fix medicine.

Who is this for?

This consult is perfect if you want a professional review of your labs (even when your doctor said they're "normal"), have been feeling a little off, low energy, digestion issues, PMS, mood swings, or simply want direction. It’s also for people who are fairly aware of their nutrition and lifestyle habits but want expert confirmation, or for anyone curious about what working together feels like before committing to a 3- or 6-month program. Think of it as a snapshot of your health today, with clear recommendations for tomorrow.

What this isn’t?

This consult is not a substitute for medical treatment or prescriptions. It isn’t a diet plan or detailed habit-by-habit coaching, that’s part of our complete care program. And it’s not meant for complex or long-standing conditions where root-cause care requires months of follow-up.

Thinking beyond a single session?

If during this consult you discover you’d benefit from more support, like lab monitoring, habit coaching, or long-term symptom resolution, you can always transition smoothly into our complete care program. You can even start with this consult and decide to convert before the session ends or before material is sent out.

What’s NOT included in the session?

Some costs are not included in the consult and require out-of-pocket expenses:

  • Lab tests
  • Consultations with doctors
  • Non-medical services like fitness classes and supplements
Do I need new labs?

If you have recent labs (within the past 3-6 months), bring them along. If not, we’ll guide you on what basic tests may be useful for our review.

Will there be follow-up?

This is a one-time session with no built-in follow-ups. If you’d like continued support, you can always book a follow-up consult or move into our complete care program.

Is it safe during pregnancy or postpartum?

Yes. The consult can be tailored to your stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery. That said, it’s not a replacement for the care of your OB-GYN.

Do you offer different consults for new vs. returning patients?

Yes. New patients book a 60-minute consultation that includes a full intake, lab interpretation, nutrition overview, lifestyle anchors, and supplement guidance. Returning patients can book a shorter follow-up consult (30–40 minutes) focused on progress review, updated labs, and fine-tuning their plan.

Because follow-ups require less groundwork, the pricing is lower than a first-time consult.

What is the difference between Food Freedom Program and your other programs?

While our one-time wellness consult and 1-1 nutrition coaching program entail real-time interactions with Kripa to receive hyper-personalized feedback and protocols, Food Freedom Program is a self-paced web application – which helps you improve your health on your own time. It provides the foundational set of skills that most people can benefit from – no matter who they are, what they do, or what their health history is.

While you can sign up for Food Freedom Program, regardless of pregnancy/existing health issues, we believe that you would benefit more from our complete care program - which is personalized to individual needs.

Can I do Food Freedom Program, if I travel/am working full time?

How long do I have access to the Food Freedom Program platform?

You have access for a total of 77 days to the Food Freedom Program platform. However, the educational guides (which are available for download) and online forum, stay with you for life!

Can I share my membership?

No! To strengthen the security of your account, we require two-factor authentication every time you log in. Once you have entered your password, a code will be emailed to your registered email. This secures your login and prevents attackers from exploiting weak credentials.

Additionally, each member only gives YOU access to the online forum – from where you can interact with other members. Importantly, as a member, you will also have your journal and e-notepad inside the platform.

What about my dietary restrictions/preferences?

Whether you are plant-based, love meat, or have food allergies or intolerances, we respect your cultural, ethical, and dietary preferences and have got them covered. The program contains flexible eating guidelines that you can customize to your preferences. Additionally, the recipes come with vegetarian, vegan, as well as non-vegetarian options. They’re suggestions – not mandates!

Are exercise recommendations provided?

While we provide daily workouts (based on the principle of progressive overload,) you can most certainly follow your training plan. All you need is a part of dumbbells if you don’t have access to a gym. This is simply a suggestion for anyone looking for structure, anyone starting, and/or anyone looking for a new way to move!

Can I consume alcohol/caffeine during the program?

Given that we’re looking at this program as a model for a sustainable life, you can drink alcohol/indulge in your favorite foods if you choose to! We don’t want you to feel burdened by the suggestions we’re making; we want you to feel excited about the possibility of change! Therefore, we will go over how you can incorporate indulgences into your lifestyle and still achieve what’s best for your body, guilt-free!

Where do I go for questions?

While you have access to an exclusive online community, we encourage you to reach out to us via email, whenever you need. You will typically receive a response within 24 hours (on business days.)

What is Burgers To Beasts’ success with treating certain conditions?

Several of our clients notice a significant non-tangible change within the first few weeks of working together. Some indicators like blood markers may take longer to heal than symptoms like energy levels and brain fog. You can find out more about what our clients have to say, here.

What is the Burgers To Beasts’ approach to supplements?

The truth is we don’t necessarily need supplements. We survived decades without pills and powders. However, we don’t necessarily breathe clean air, hunt for our food, get adequate sunlight, or even sleep enough. So, they’re great at filling gaps in our lifestyles.

Our take is simple – If you need them, take them – and if you don’t need them, don’t take them.

Our food-first approach recommends that you try and meet your needs naturally. But, if you struggle to obtain good quality nutrients through food – we may recommend a few supplements to help.

Importantly, we don’t partner with or promote any brands – so we are never financially incentivized to prescribe supplements. However, we may search the market to find certain supplements that are safe for consumption/third-party verified, for the best effect.

What does unlimited email support mean?

As a B2B member, you can connect with us any time via email with questions between visits or updates on your health status in response to the treatment prescribed. You should get a response within 24 hours, but usually sooner.

Please note that unlimited messaging is not for emergency care. If you require immediate medical attention, please contact a physician/hospital.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Once you have signed up for any of our programs (besides SHIELD, which is self-paced) - you will be able to view and book a slot, based on our mutual availability. Currently, the wait time is 5-7 days from the date of sign-up.

Will my appointment be virtual or in person?

If you live in Mumbai, you have the option of in-person appointments. If you don’t live nearby or would prefer the convenience of virtual appointments, you can sign up for our virtual programs which entail secure, face-to-face video calls on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Can I pay in installments?

No! We require complete payment before beginning any program.

Where can I find details about my upcoming visit?

As soon as you book your appointment (besides SHIELD, which is self-paced,) you will receive an email confirmation with details about your visit. If you have opted for an online program – the Zoom link will be provided in the same email. If in person, you will receive the address for your visit to our Mumbai clinic.

I have an in-person visit but would like to change it to a virtual one. How do I do this?
