Hi, I’m Kripa

I started dieting at 14, and for the next decade, I was either “on a diet”—cutting out every bad food, overtraining, and eating the bare minimum—or “off a diet,” bingeing and feeling horrible about myself.

For a while, I got skinny. But I never, ever felt enough.

My quest to rebuild trust in my body and find peace with food led me to become a non-diet nutritionist. And now, it’s my mission to help you do the same.

I’ve created a non-diet solution that ends chronic dieting and the binge-restrict cycle. How soon after the purchase will I receive access?

Right away! The moment you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email with your login details for The Food Freedom dashboard. To add an extra layer of security, you’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) via email. After verifying, you’ll get immediate access to the intro week. Module 1 will unlock on the start date you chose during signup.

How long will it take me to complete?

We’ve designed the program to fit into a busy schedule, kicking off each week with a short, digestible video. To help prevent overwhelm, we encourage you to focus on just one practice per day, spread over 8 weeks (after the intro week.) It will only take about 1-2 hours a week, but you can go at your own pace if needed. Each new module unlocks only after you complete the previous one, ensuring you have plenty of time to absorb and reflect. You’ll also have year-long access to revisit the content whenever you need.

What’s the difference between this course and the personal nutrition coaching program?

Our nutrition coaching program is ideal for individuals looking for personalised support to manage specific medical conditions or reach a particular health goal with more hands-on care. The Food Freedom program is a self-paced journey into intuitive eating, where you can work through the material solo but still get the tools needed to make lasting changes.

Will I get 1:1 access to Kripa?

Will this help with emotional eating?

Emotional eating is normal from time to time. It is just a part of being human, although it doesn't have to feel out of control or cause physical discomfort.This course is designed to:

  • Help you recognize the triggers behind emotional eating
  • Give you tools to cope with your emotions without relying on food
  • Teach you to handle emotional eating with kindness, so it no longer affects your entire day

By working through the modules, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of your emotions and how to care for yourself without food being a crutch.

Will I lose weight?

Our focus is on developing healthy habits, breaking free from diet culture, and fostering a joyful relationship with food. Weight change may or may not happen, but what’s most important is how you feel—less stressed and more in tune with your body. If you approach the program with an open heart and a willingness to learn, we believe it will be worth your while. This program is NOT for you if you’re looking for a quick fix or are hyper fixated on weight loss.

What if I have specific dietary preferences?

No worries at all! Whether you're plant-based, have food allergies, or follow any other preferences, we've got you covered. This program respects your choices and won’t dictate what, when, or how much you should eat.

Can I have cheat meals during the program?

You’re free to eat and drink what you want. The only exception is if you have an allergy to a specific food. The goal of this program is to help you feel free, not restricted. We’ll cover how to incorporate ‘play foods’ into your lifestyle, so you can enjoy your favourite foods guilt-free while still supporting your health.

Can I do the program if I travel often?

Yes! We’ve made sure the program is flexible and can be followed from anywhere in the world—even with limited resources. So whether you’re on the go or staying put, you’ll still be able to dial in.
