I started dieting at 14, and for the next decade, I was either “on a diet”—cutting out every bad food, overtraining, and eating the bare minimum—or “off a diet,” bingeing and feeling horrible about myself.
For a while, I got skinny. But I never, ever felt enough.
My quest to rebuild trust in my body and find peace with food led me to become a non-diet nutritionist. And now, it’s my mission to help you do the same.
I’ve created a non-diet solution that ends chronic dieting and the binge-restrict cycle.
