Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup pitted and chopped dates

¼ cup unsweetened coconut, toasted

1 banana, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let soak for 15 minutes in the refrigerator!
  2. Serve cold.

Notes:

Make your own almond milk, with just 2 ingredients!
